The in-person round, run for you.

EVIDENCE REPORT
sessionOR-2026-0147date2026-09-12 · 09:30 PTcandidate████████████examinerJ. Reyesid checkconfirmed
Structured observations across five dimensions, in your inbox within 24 hours.
01 · why this exists

Remote interviews stopped proving what they used to. In one dataset of 19,000 live interviews last year, 38 percent of candidates were flagged for AI-assisted cheating. In technical roles it was 48 percent.

The big companies already reacted. Google and Cisco brought back onsite rounds. Most teams can't do that. If your engineers are in four time zones, nobody is free to spend an afternoon in a room in San Francisco.

That afternoon is the whole product.

02 · how a session runs
  1. 01Configure once. We learn your stack, your leveling rubric, and what you actually want probed. Takes one onboarding call and about a week.
  2. 02Schedule inside your ATS. The round appears in Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever as a normal stage with a scorecard. Your recruiter books it like any other interview. Candidate confirmed within 5 business days.
  3. 03The session. Two to three hours at our office in San Francisco. Government ID at the door, then a realistic working session on a problem shaped like your domain. AI tools are on the table and we expect the candidate to use them.
  4. 04The report. Structured observations, calibrated against market, in your inbox within 24 hours. What they built, how they worked, where they leaned on the tools and where they didn't.
  5. 05You decide. We don't send a hire or no-hire verdict. Your team owns the call. We make sure it rests on something real.

02 · examiner note

The candidate worked the way senior engineers work: framed the problem before touching the keyboard, used AI tools as a multiplier rather than a crutch, and left the codebase better documented than they found it. The skill demonstrated in this session is real and consistent with the submitted portfolio.

04 · if you're the candidate

You'll spend a couple of hours building something real with a senior engineer in the room. Bring your own setup if you like. Use whatever tools you normally use, including AI. Nobody is trying to trip you up.

08 · faq
Does this replace our loop?
No. It's one stage. Most clients slot it after the final technical screen, before offer.
What if the candidate is remote?
They come to San Francisco, or you wait until they're passing through. Bay Area candidates are the core case. We'll tell you honestly if your pipeline doesn't fit.
Is this legal to use in hiring decisions?
The report contains structured observations against a documented rubric, and your team makes the decision. Run it past your employment counsel; we're happy to join that call.
What do candidates think?
The session is framed as a working session with a senior engineer, because that's what it is. AI tools are allowed. We track candidate feedback and will share it.
